What to Bring to Camp
All items should be labeled with the camper’s name. It is warm (70's-90's) during the day, appropriate for shorts and T-shirts, but cooler (60's) in the evenings, when a long sleeve shirt and long pants may be more comfortable. Please plan to pack a weeks worth of clean clothes.
- Shorts and long pants
- T-shirts and a long sleeve shirt
- Socks and undergarments
- Pajamas, slippers
- Fleece or warm outer layer
- Comfortable sports shoes or hiking boots
- Sandals such as Teva’s or water shoes for water activities
- Swimsuit
- Beach towel
- Hat
- Poncho or similar rain gear
- Water bottle
- Small day pack
- Personal items—favorite CDs, video games, Walkman
- Sunglasses (optional)
- Small amount of spending money for ice cream, souvenirs, etc.
- Sunscreen – at least 30 SPF protection
- Medications and foods necessary for special diets. These items
will need to be labeled and in the original containers. All meds
will have to be administered in the morning before camp or in
the evening by a family member or aide.
